Account-type comparison
Partna and Business Partna are the same product with a small set of capability differences. Here's exactly what changes between them.
Both account types give you the same dashboard, the same four layouts, and the same design tools. They differ only in a handful of capabilities suited to businesses with a physical presence. For guidance on which to pick, see Partna vs Business.
Capabilities
The capability differences between the two account types:
| Capability | Partna | Business Partna |
|---|---|---|
| Storewide booking | No — book a specific service or person | Yes — book the whole business |
| Google Business full sync | Booking link only | Full — place info, map, reviews, hours, and more |
| Google Business sets display name | No | Yes — may adopt the Google place name |
Everything else behaves identically across the two types.
Integration groups shown
Because some integrations only make sense for certain businesses, the account type also changes which groups appear:
| Integration group | Partna | Business Partna |
|---|---|---|
| Booking | Yes | Yes |
| Reservations | Hidden | Shown |
| Online ordering | Hidden | Shown |
| Menu | Hidden | Shown (auto-populated) |
You only ever see what applies to you
Integration groups that don't apply to your account type simply aren't shown in your dashboard — there's nothing to turn off. For the connectable platforms behind each group, see the supported platforms matrix.
