Exporting contacts
Download everyone in your Contacts as a CSV file you can open in a spreadsheet or import into another tool.
Your contactsaren't locked into Partna. Whenever you want a copy — for a spreadsheet, an email tool, or your own records — you can export them all as a CSV.
Exporting a CSV
- Go to Contacts in your dashboard.
- Choose the export option.
- Partna generates a CSV of your contacts and downloads it.
What's in the file
The export covers your full contact list, with the details you keep on each contact — name, email, phone, country, subscription status, and sign-up date. Because it's a plain CSV, it opens in any spreadsheet app and imports into most other tools.
It's a snapshot
An export reflects your contacts at the moment you download it. New contacts captured after that aren't in the file — export again whenever you need an up-to-date copy.
