Privacy Policy

Partna is a platform that gives professionals a public profile page with booking, contacts, analytics and integrations. This policy explains what we collect on our marketing site (partna.au) while we’re in pre-launch, and how we look after it.

It’s written to be readable. If anything here is unclear, email us at privacy@partna.au and we’ll explain.

When you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you enter. To record that the sign-up was a genuine opt-in, we also store basic consent metadata: a one-way hashed version of your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and the time you submitted.

We do not ask for a password, payment details, or any sensitive personal information on the waitlist. We don’t use advertising trackers on this marketing site.

We use your email to send your early-access invite and occasional updates about the launch. We use the consent metadata only to keep an honest record that you asked to be added, and to protect the form from abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your details are stored securely in our own database with access limited to the people who need it to run the waitlist. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

We keep waitlist entries for as long as we’re running early access, plus a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to remove you, we’ll delete your entry.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time — just email privacy@partna.au. Every update email will also include a way to opt out.

As Partna grows toward launch, this policy will expand to cover the product itself. If we make a material change, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let waitlist members know.
